They are curious about the different perspectives their colleagues may hold and they are able to suspend their own reactions and assumptions in order to get a balanced picture.

They communicate with ease and exude poise as they support their colleagues in solving their own problems. When they need to feedback something they have seen or heard, they do so in a way that reduces drama and moves their colleagues from being problem-focussed to solution-focussed.
